SALON POLICIES
To provide a personalized experience and reserve dedicated time for each guest, the following policies are in place. Please review them carefully prior to booking.
By scheduling an appointment with Manes by Margherite, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
PAYMENT METHODS
A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments made toward your service total.
Payments made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash are not subject to the 3.5% credit card processing fee.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
A valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file in order to reserve an appointment.
The card on file may be charged for applicable:
Late cancellation fees
Same-day cancellation fees
No-show fees
Your card will not be charged unless a fee applies under the policies outlined below.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file.
Same-day cancellations will result in a $100 fee charged to the card on file.
Providing adequate notice allows me the opportunity to offer the reserved appointment time to another guest.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please plan to arrive on time so your full service can be completed without compromising your results or the appointments scheduled after yours.
Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled depending on the service booked and the remaining appointment time.
If your appointment can no longer be accommodated due to late arrival and must be rescheduled, the applicable $100 same-day cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
GUESTS, CHILDREN & PETS
To maintain a calm, elevated, and safe salon environment, please arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.
Children, pets, and additional guests or plus-ones are not permitted during appointments.
This allows me to give you my full attention while maintaining a comfortable and safe environment around professional tools, color, and salon products.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointments missed without notice will result in a $100 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
Following a no-show, online booking privileges will be removed and future appointments with Manes by Margherite will no longer be accepted.
This policy protects reserved appointment time and allows me to provide a consistent level of service to all guests.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
These policies allow me to honor the time, preparation, and care dedicated to every appointment while providing each guest with the personalized experience and attention they deserve.
Prior to booking, you will be required to acknowledge and agree to all applicable Manes by Margherite Salon Policies.
